No Refund Policy

All sales are final. NeoPass does not offer refunds for any Pro subscriptions or services purchased through our platform.

Payment Failures

In case of payment failures or transaction errors, any amount debited will be automatically refunded by PhonePe according to their refund processing timeline.

Note: Refund processing for failed payments is handled directly by PhonePe and typically takes 5-7 business days.

Subscription Terms

Once a Pro subscription is successfully activated, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please ensure you review your subscription plan before completing the payment.

  • Pro subscriptions are non-refundable
  • Subscriptions are valid for the purchased duration only
  • No partial refunds for unused subscription time
  • Tokens do not carry over after subscription expiry
