1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using NeoPass, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NeoPass ('we', 'us', or 'our').

2. Intended Use

The core purpose of NeoPass lies in safeguarding user confidentiality and incorporating smart automation tools. Our mission focuses on improving browser performance through cutting-edge solutions while upholding the integrity of connected applications.

3. User Responsibilities

Users acknowledge and agree that:

  • The responsibility for using NeoPass lies solely with the user
  • Usage must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms
  • NeoPass bears no liability for any misuse or improper application

4. Usage Guidelines

Users commit to utilizing NeoPass in a responsible manner that includes:

  • Adherence to all relevant laws and regulations
  • Protection of intellectual property rights
  • Avoiding actions that could compromise or interfere with NeoPass or third-party platforms

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

6. Disclaimer of Responsibility

NeoPass explicitly states that:

  • We do not encourage or promote any form of academic dishonesty or malpractice
  • We are not responsible for any misuse of the extension or violations of academic integrity policies
  • Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use complies with their institution's policies
  • Any consequences resulting from improper use are the sole responsibility of the user

7. Limitation of Liability

NeoPass provides its services 'as is' and makes no warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Payment and Refund Policy

For Pro subscriptions and services:

  • All sales are final - No refunds will be provided for any Pro subscriptions or services under any circumstances
  • Once a subscription is activated, it cannot be cancelled or refunded
  • No partial refunds for unused subscription time or tokens
  • No refunds will be provided if the service doesn't work due to network restrictions, IP locks, or domain whitelisting limitations
  • In case of payment failures or transaction errors, refunds will be processed automatically by PhonePe according to their timeline (typically 5-7 business days)
  • NeoPass is not responsible for refund processing of failed payments - this is handled directly by the payment gateway

9. System Requirements and Permissions

Installation and usage of NeoPass products may require:

  • Administrator/elevated privileges on your system during installation to modify application files
  • Users are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate permissions on their devices
  • NeoPass does not collect or misuse these privileges - they are solely for installation purposes

10. Network Requirements and Technical Limitations

For the Pro version to function correctly, users must be aware of the following technical requirements and limitations:

  • Your network must NOT restrict or block access to the neopass.tech domain
  • The service requires communication with neopass.tech servers to function properly
  • If your assessment platform or institution uses IP locks combined with domain whitelisting that does not include neopass.tech, the service will NOT work
  • Firewall, proxy, or network security restrictions that block neopass.tech will prevent the service from functioning
  • Users are responsible for verifying their network allows access to neopass.tech before purchasing
  • No refunds will be provided if the service is incompatible with your network configuration, assessment platform restrictions, or security policies
